A number of Toyota car communities have carried out emissions tests and joint servicing to reduce air pollution. They carried out this activity at Auto2000 Dramaga Bogor, West Java, on Saturday, September 16 2023.
This step was deliberately taken to contribute to protecting the environment amidst the issue of poor air quality in the DKI Jakarta area. The Toyota car community also believes that there is a need for education regarding air pollution caused by motorized vehicles.
Therefore, a number of Toyota car communities held events with the theme Six Communities Go Green Campaign. Not only carrying out emission tests, this activity also presents a talk show about safe driving and eco driving, and planting productive trees at the event location https://redlinepowdercoating.com/.
“We at Auto2000 really appreciate the joint activities of various communities in emission testing, service and the go green campaign,” said the head of the Auto 2000 Dramaga branch, Mr. Aloysius Socrates, in a release received by Tempo.co .
“Because a good vehicle is a vehicle that has passed the emissions test, it must be properly maintained and serviced regularly and of course our suggestion is that regular servicing be carried out at an official Toyota repair shop where parts and expertise from the staff are guaranteed,” he added.
The event was initiated by six Toyota car communities, namely Toyota Sienta Community Indonesia (TOSCA), Toyota Calya Indonesia (KTCI), Toyota Etios Valco Club Indonesia (TEVCI), Toyota Yaris Club Indonesia (TYCI), Velozity (Veloz Community) and Great Corolla Club (GCC).
They decided to hold a joint emissions test because most members of the car community have vehicles that are more than three years old. Through this emissions test, they can find out the condition of the vehicle engine. This is of course very useful for checking whether the engine performance is optimal or not.
